Wallace Roach, NCSO, CSS, CD

Wallace is Roy Northern’s Health, Safety, and Environment Manager, with more than 20 years of extensive experience in HSE/EHS, Civil and Industrial Construction, and Transportation fields. Wallace is responsible for Roy Northern’s Health and Safety Program, directing HSE elements for activities such as road maintenance and construction, oil and gas developments, building and facility maintenance, vehicle and equipment maintenance, and the coordination of environmental protection efforts. Wallace has extensive experience in-field as well as in a corporate setting, and he possesses expertise in planning, designing, and delivering HSE programs for multi-disciplinary programs for facilities, transportation, oil and gas, and other construction projects. Wallace is a certified HSE auditor, he has completed audits in many different disciplines, and he is a strategic HSE leader with a proven track record of building and leading effective cross-functional, multi-site, and multi-business teams, driving change initiatives, and implementing HSE/EHS strategies.
